Join us on Friday, February 26th at 6:30pm for our February Kulturküche class: Obstkuchen!

Chef Reinhard Richter is back with another delicious class at the DANK Haus! This time we will be learning how to make Obstkuchen.

What is Obstkuchen? Obst (fruit) + Kuchen (cake) = Obstkuchen.
It's exactly what it sounds like! Cake with fruit! 

This class will have the option of an in-person live event or a live telecasted Zoom event. We will host up to 10 students in our industrial kitchen at the DANK Haus. These ten students will get hands on training from Chef Reinhard. Simultaneously, the class will be broadcast on Zoom so additional students can join the course from the comfort of their home and learn how to make this delicious German treat!

Fee: $30 in person - class size limited to 10 students. Students will be required to wear face masks. Class time estimated 2 hours.

Fee: $10 online - class size is limited to 95 students. Students will receive recipe and live instruction where they can ask our chef questions. The online class will take place on Zoom. We recommend downloading Zoom prior to the class beginning.
