Sommer, Sonne, Grammar!

Willkommen to our Next Level German Summer Classes 2022! While the sun tickles your endorphines out of their shell, learning German will enhance your mood even further. Dive into the rich German culture and the quirky little ins and outs that this language provides.

Class Description

Why are umfahren and umfahren two different words? Because grammar. This virtual class is meant for learners of German on an Intermediate level who have a good grasp of the German language already and are looking to solidify their understanding of the underlying grammar. You meet up virtually on every Monday for a 4-week-period. Topics include but are not limited to: verb forms and verb tenses, declination of nouns, prepositions, and moods (subjunctives).

These 90-minute sessions will help with your advancement of German language proficiency. This class is tailored for students of the Intermediate level and up (CEFR B1+).

Meeting UP

The class meets virtually, on Mondays, May 30 - Jun 20, between 6.30 - 8.00pm. You will receive the Zoom Link & Google Classroom code as well as other information once the start of the class approaches. All class material will be provided by the teacher.

PREREQUISITES

You have a good knowledge of German and are on an B1 / Intermediate level? Perfect - You're good to go! If in doubt, please refer to the Placement Test or contact us at languageschool@dankhaus.com.

Price

The cost of this class will be $85 for members of the DANK Haus and $95 for non-members.

A late fee of $25 will be added to the respective price for any registrants enrolling on / after May 23rd, 2022.

Minimum Enrollment

There need to be at least 6 students

in order for this class to come together. You will receive a confirmation email about this once that minimum is met.

Materials

Your teacher will provide all materials.
