Willkommen to our Summer Classes 2024! While the sun tickles your endorphines out of their shell, learning German will enhance your mood even further.

Class Description

Welcome to our Yoga auf Deutsch Class, where you can enhance your mind, body, and language skills simultaneously! This unique course is designed for yoga enthusiasts of all levels who are interested in practicing yoga while learning or improving their proficiency in German.

Each session will seamlessly integrate yoga instructions and terminology in German, allowing you to immerse yourself fully in the experience. Our bilingual instructor will guide you through various asanas, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques, providing clear instructions and adjustments in German. Important bits and pieces of this class will also be covered in English. All levels of German language learners are welcome!

This class runs for 1 hour. This class covers all German levels.

Meeting UP

The in-person class meets 5 times - on every Saturday, June 15 - July 13, from 11:00 am- 12:00pm on the 4th floor. If available and weather permitting, we will meet on the terrace on the 6th floor.

Price

Material

Please bring a yoga mat or 1-2 towels.
