Who is the contact person the day of the event?
Your first and best point of contact will be at the freight entrance where a facilities person will assist you with deliveries and access to the space. The office does not accept phone calls the day of an event.
Where can I park?
After business hours, guests are welcome to park in the MB Financial Lot at Western & Gunnison. Metered street parking is available in 3-hour increments. MB Parking Map
Where do I deliver?
In the alley behind Western, south of Lawrence, our freight entrance is marked 4740 on a black & gold door to the high right. Please ring once and the facility person will be there shortly. Keep in mind that it is a large building and it will take a minute to answer the door. After delivering, please move your vehicle to the bank lot or to the street, depending on time and day. Facilities will have some carts available.
When may I deliver?
We highly encourage deliveries a day or two prior to the event. Delivery hours are Mondays 9:00am - 2:30pm, Tuesdays 3:00pm - 8:00pm, and Wednesdays - Fridays, 9:00am - 6:00pm. Saturday deliveries are accepted after 10:00am.
When may I pick up?
If you cannot pick up the same night, please return on Monday between 9:00am and 3:00pm. The facility is closed on Sundays.
What equipment is provided?
If you opt for full kitchen use, then the available equipment will include the amenities listed below. The kitchen must be returned to the condition in which it was found. The full kitchen includes:
Do we need to set up tables and chairs?
No, the room is ready to drop linen.
Do we need to break down tables and chairs?
No, but please be mindful of cleaning up accordingly.

DANK Haus Policies
4.) Decorations: All rentals include the option to display decorations for your event on the first floor and in the elevator. These items can be displayed the morning of the event at the earliest. First floor decorations should be limited to a single table that will be positioned next to the elevator (ex. A stylized announcement or welcome sign for your guests that will direct them towards the elevator). Elevator decorations should be limited to posters, streamers, or other two-dimensional items that can be easily removed without causing damage or discoloration of the elevator walls. Please note that the plastic wall mounted sign holders in the elevator do not open outward. Paper signs slide in and out of the sides only. Pulling the panel outward will result in damage to the holder and a replacement fee will be deducted from the deposit accordingly.
We also ask that you refrain from removing, damaging, or obstructing any DANK Haus signs or posters. The DANK Haus often hosts multiple events in one evening for the general public that are also advertised in the elevator, hallways, and entryway. Tampering with building signage (ex. Room capacity signs, fire instructions, room numbers, etc) is a safety hazard and is expressly prohibited.
