When it comes to your wedding, there is an abundance of venues in the Chicago area, but none is as ideal as our historic ballroom or scenic skyline lounge. Our lovely spaces and attentive staff help ensure a memorable event. Our affordable rentals offer a great alternative to traditional wedding venues.

Unlike many venues, we don't control the catering of your wedding and you are free to supply your own vendors of choice. This is your wedding and we enable you to do it your way.

Our flexibility allows you to build the perfect event within your personal budget. Tables, chairs, and ice, and trash removal are included in your rental, and our staff will save you time and money by setting up the room according to your requested floorplan.

Marundee Ballroom: 570 fire code, 400 cocktail, 250 - 350 seated
Skyline Lounge: 100 fire code, 90 cocktail, 60 - 80 seated
Terrasse: 80 fire code, 30 cocktail, 80 standing (can now accommodate tables and chairs)
Brauhaus Room: 300 fire code, 200 cocktail, 96 - 150 seated

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, discounts are available for Friends of DANK Haus members who have been members for at least one year, or for those renting the Marunde Ballroom, Skyline Lounge, and Terrasse. Speak to the Event Coordinator about discount possibilities.

Is there guest parking?

Yes. After business hours, guests are welcome to park in the 5/3 Bank lot located at Western & Gunnison (4800 North Western Avenue).
Metered street parking is also available in 3-hour increments.
Overnight parking at 5/3 Bank is not allowed.
