Thanksgiving will soon be here--and for most Americans, that means two traditional favorites: pumpkin and turkey. How can you put a delicious new twist on these holiday stand-bys?

Join us at the DANK Haus to learn the secrets of Düsseldorf's most famous soup and turkey with a German accent from Chef Pete Simon, who brings his favorite recipes and mad skills at our class on November 10! This Thanksgiving-themed class shows you all the skills you'll need to turn out delicious Kürbis Curry soup served in a pumpkin shell--as well as turkey schnitzel your guests won't stop talking about.

Our classes feature step-by-step, hands-on instruction, generous samplings, recipes to take home, a drink from the bar, and of course, great camaraderie. Chef Pete brings a dash of good humor to every dish he makes, so don't miss it! Since classes fill up quickly, you are encouraged to sign up as soon as possible.
Class starts 7:30 pm.

Free parking on MB Financial Bank lot after 6pm
(entrance on Western & Gunnison)
