Kulturküche: Spreads for Breads

For this Kulturküche (cooking class), Chef Pete Simons will make delicious German spreads that are traditionally slathered on bread. Learn how to make two popular spreads: one with goose fat and one with cheese. Come cook with friends while enjoying a glass of wine or beer.

Our classes feature step-by-step, hands-on instruction, generous samplings, recipes to take home, a drink from the bar, and good company. Classes fill up quickly, so reserve your seat while you can!

Class starts at 7:30 pm.

Free parking at the MB Financial Bank lot after 6pm
(entrance on Western & Gunnison)
