HASENPFEFFER •  Learn to make savory German style rabbit stew at the DANK Haus!
Almost as much fun to say as it is to eat, Hasenpfeffer is an old “hasen” dish.
The “pfeffer” refers in this case not just to black pepper, but a dish that is highly seasoned with herbs, juniper, allspice, cloves and such.

Learn the secrets of this traditional German dish from chef and caterer Pete Simon.
Hands-on instruction, generous samplings, a drink from the bar, recipes,
and of course, our Gemutlichkeit and hospitality!

Class fee includes a recipe, hands-on demonstration, one drink from the bar, generous tasting, and great camaraderie.
