Edible Perennials

FREE on Facebook Live

Join us on Saturday mornings at 9:00 AM on Facebook Live for our mini three part series on gardening featuring Kasey Bersett Eaves owner of Vivant Gardening Services.

In our first installment, Kasey will share gardening tips and best practices on how you can plant edible perennials and low maintenance plantings that can feed you for years. In this fast paced 30 minute free course, she will provide expert knowledge for about 20 minutes and then allow for questions and answers for anyone that has specific questions.

Kasey started growing edibles as as toddler on Southern Illinois family farm property, near the German settlement of Millstadt. Kasey now resides just a short distance from the DANK Haus and spends her days gardening with edibles, natives and pollinator plants approachable to area residents, restaurants, schools and more. You may have met Kasey at local farmers markets or at the Montrose Metra Community Garden where she is one of the leaders.
