Willkommen to our Next Level German Summer Classes 2022! While the sun tickles your endorphines out of their shell, learning German will enhance your mood even further. Dive into the rich German culture and the quirky little ins and outs that this language provides.

Class Description

Es gibt nichts Gutes, außer man tut es! This class is meant for learners of German on a Beginner level who have some skills already and are eager to test those out in a real conversational setting. You meet up virtually on every Wednesday for a 4-week-period. We will talk, listen to, watch, and read about a variety of topics, ranging from sports to politics, or from the arts to economics. And while the focus is on the content, the inherent grammar and vocabulary of the studied sources will also be discussed.

These 90-minute sessions will help with your advancement of German language proficiency. This class is tailored for students of the Beginner III level and up (CEFR A2).

Meeting Times

The class meets Wednesdays, June 1 - June 22, from 6:30 - 8:00pm. You will receive the Zoom Link and a Google Classroom code as well as other  information once the start of the class approaches. Any class material will be provided by your teacher. 

PREREQUISITES

You have some knowledge of German and are on a A2 / Beginner level? Perfect - You're good to go! If in doubt, please refer to the Placement Test.

Cost

The cost of this class is $85 for members of the DANK Haus and $95 for non-members.

A late fee of $25 will be added to the respective price for any registrants enrolling on/after May 25th, 2022.

Minimum Enrollment

There need to be at least 6 students in order for this class to come together. You will receive a confirmation email about this once that minimum is met.
