Join us in December for a Kulturküche guaranteed to add some sugar and start a new tradition to your holidays! What would the Christmas season be without the beloved Stollen?  It's one of Germany's favorite holiday treats and we are going to take all the mystery out so you can make it in your own kitchen.  Known as the Christstollen, Weihnachtsstollen or just Stollen, it’s a traditional German Christmas treat of rich yeasted bread studded with a boozy mix of dried fruit, nuts and citrus zests, and coated with a thick dusting of powdered sugar.  We are excited to announce a Stollen baking class again this year. Join us as we demonstrate the secrets to a successful Stollen to wow your holiday guests with one very festive bread.  The remaining cozy holiday feelings (sitting in front of a fire, sipping Glühwein, listening to carols, watching Elf, etc.) are up to you!
