New Intermediate

Willkommen to our German Spring Classes 2024!

Class Description

Learn German within the comfort of our Haus! This class is meant for students who have completed our Beginner IV class (or equivalent). Our New Intermediate class covers a wide range of topics and we recommend taking this class and the advanced intermediate class for a total of 2-4 semesters until moving on to the proficient level.

This class meets on Mondays at the DANK, 3rd floor. By the end of the class you will be able to hold complex conversations, and understand most grammar.

This class runs for 2:15 hours and covers CEFR Level B1. You can take another New Intermediate classes in the fall after successful completion of this class, or move on to the Advanced Intermediate class. Please ask your teacher for recommendations if you are not sure.

Meeting TImes

This class meets every Monday, Jan 8 - April 29, from 6.30 - 8.45pm.

Achtung: There is no class on April 1 (Spring Break).

PREREQUISITES

You have a solid knowledge of German or have completed the Beginner IV? Are you a fairly new intermediate learner? Perfect - You're good to go! If in doubt, please refer to the Placement Test or contact us at languageschool@dankhaus.com.

Price

The cost of this class is $432 for members of the DANK Haus and $457 for non-members.

A late fee of $30 will be added to the respective price for any registrants enrolling on or after Dec 25, 2023. 

Minimum Enrollment

There need to be at least 6 students in order for this class to come together. You will receive a confirmation email about this once that minimum is met.
