Join us in December for a Kulturküche guaranteed to start a new tradition to your holidays! We are excited to announce a Stollen baking class again this year. What would the Christmas season be without the beloved Stollen?  Known as the Christstollen, Weihnachtsstollen or just Stollen, it’s a traditional German Christmas treat of rich yeasted bread studded with a boozy mix of dried fruit, nuts and citrus zests, and dusted with powdered sugar. Join us as we demonstrate the secrets to a successful Stollen to wow your holiday guests with one very festive bread.
