Application Fee incl. Tuition Deposit - New Family – $700.00
This application fee applies when you enroll on or later than July 1st, 2026 for the 2026/27 school year.
This fee includes a $500 tuition deposit which you will receive back with the last invoice of the school year. You will forfeit this money should you drop out of school before this time.

Willkommen zum Weekday Kindergarten

Our Bi-Lingual Sprachbad immerses children in foreign language learning while strengthening academic skills through a curriculum aligned with Illinois Education Standards. Learning is centered on play- and project-based experiences, enriched by social-emotional growth opportunities as well as real-world explorations of the outdoor environment. With curiosity-driven learning at the core, children are well-prepared for a seamless transition into German or English-speaking 1st grade.

Bi-Lingual Sprachbad: Foreign Language Development and English Language Arts and Math.

Play- and project-based learning: Projects and structured learning modules are guided by children’s curiosity and ideas.

Frequent playground visits and neighborhood walks and monthly field trips incorporating public transportation for real-world experiences.

Science, reading, math, music, arts, and crafts, and more, as described by the Illinois Education Standards.

Social-emotional growth opportunities are always incorporated into learning.

Seamless transition to a German or English speaking 1st grade, and to our Community Based Heritage Language School.

Schedule

Before Care: 7:30-8:30am

Core Hours: 8:15am-3pm

After Care Sessions: 3-4pm and 4-5pm

Routines

Morgenkreis sets the tone.

Routine times for subjects, snack, lunch, free and structured play, and outdoor time.

Pricing

$1,277/month

Before and After Care: $12/hour if booked in advance

Drop-In Before or After Care is available at $15/hour.

Beginning of School Year Charges

These are one time charges that occur once at the beginning of the school year.

Enrollment Fee for new families: $200 (25% early bird discount if you register before July 1, 2026)

Returning families get the first week of the school year free.

Tuition Deposit (returned with the final invoice of school year): $500

Field Trip Fee: $150

Discounts

Sibling Discount: 7% per year for each additional child (not applicable to before and after care prices).
