Samantha Lundeen

Director of membership, Museum, and Development

Samantha Lundeen first joined the DANK Haus as Director of Marketing and Events in September 2020. She is now the Director of Membership, Museum, and Development.

Samantha holds B.A.s in History and Anthropology from Augustana College and an M.A. in Museum Studies from Western Illinois University.

She began her career working at the German American Heritage Center & Museum in Davenport, Iowa. It was there that she first gained a love and appreciation for German and German American history and culture. While at the DANK Haus, Samantha has worked in marketing, events, membership, development, and the museum and gallery.

She enjoys reading, crocheting, hiking, and learning German at the DANK Haus. She has even received her A2 German certificate through the DANK Haus's ÖSD testing center!
